General Guidelines

I General Guidelines
Section A. Age Requirements
1. Memberships are restricted to 18 and over
2. Ventrilo usage is restricted to 18 and over, as a member you are able to remove someone under the age of 18. Take them into another channel and explain our guidelines and if they do not leave on their own kick them. If they keep coming back ban them.

Section B. Cheating/Hacking
1. No hacks/cheats of any kind are allowed in the clan whether your on our server or anyone's server.
2. Admin's scan Punksbusted database/PBBans database occasionally looking for banned GUID’s.
3. Admin's have the right to screenshot any member at anytime.
4. If caught by either (TNT) or a 3rd party source like PBBANS or Punksbuster, you will be listed on our main page as known hacker and your GUID/IP and alias's reported to the major anti-cheat sites so you will be listed on all global ban lists, you will also be banned from our forums or any other associations we are affiliated with.
5. Client Side mods must be approved by an admin.
6. Binding say binds are ok, binding key movements are not, if you are not sure ask an admin
7. Usage of map exploits is forbidden. Going under the map, finding holes in the map, is giving yourself an unfair advantage.

Section C. Ventrilo Usage
1. SA Rights are giving when the first months of dues are paid.
2. Do not boot anyone off of Ventrilo unless its necessary, do not boot fellow clan mates.
3. Do not move fellow clan mates from channel to channel without asking first.
4. You as members have the rights to kick/ban any person that comes on Ventrilo that causes a ruckus - a post must be made in the members forums so we are aware of this.
5. Do not allow people to register unless they are members of (TNT) or approved by the Senior Staff.

Section D. Conduct in the Server
1. If your smurfing DO NOT use a private slot on the server.
2. No cussing on the server or accusing people of hacks.
3. Members with RCON may kick/ban if someone is making a ruckus, please refer to the RCON guidelines to kicking and banning in section II.
4. If you have a problem with the game you play contact the admin for that game. Please refer to the clan organization chart located here.
5. NO ONE is disrespected for race, or language used on the server.
6. Do not fault people for camping, spawn raping its part of the game.

Section E. General Conduct/Conduct on the Forums and Ventrilo
1. Respect one another and treat everyone fairly.
2. Racial comments are not welcome in Ventrilo, the server or forums.
3. If you have a personal issue with someone contact an admin. If you don't want to talk to the admin talk to one of the leaders.
4. If you have a problem with someone, do not start commotion on Ventrilo, talk to a clan leader.
5. You as members have the rights to kick/ban any person that comes on Ventrilo that causes a ruckus - a post must be made in the members forums so we are aware of this.
6. Do NOT call other members Hack unless your just joking around. If you think one is suspect contact an admin.

Section F. Dues
1. Dues are due at the first of the month.
2. Dues are paid via paypal, or mail

3. You have a one week grace period after the 1st. If we do not hear anything from you after the first week - you forfeit forum, member, tags, and Ventrilo Rights.
4. If you have any questions regarding if you have paid or may be late contact Fragger via PM.

Section G. Clan Member Activity
1. Clan members should be present on the forums twice a week to check pertinent information. If you want to have a say in polls and discussions, check the forums regularly. We will not tolerate "who made this decision?" "why did we do this?". You have a voice in this clan so use it, majority rules in voting. If your not involved you are S.O.L.
2. Staff members need to check forums more regularly (daily would be best).
3. If you plan to be away awhile, a nice post stating your condition would be helpful.

Section H. Miscellaneous Rules
1. No Double Clanning or Guilding - This is your home. If its a game we do not play, for example WoW, then it is ok to be in another guild. Please check with an admin if you have any questions concerning any groups that you belong to while a (TNT) member.
